At Style Haven, we want you to wear it like you mean it. But if something isn’t quite right, here’s how our return process works.

  1. General Returns

You can return an item if:

  • You have proof of purchase (receipt or transaction reference number).
  • The item is unworn/unused, unwashed, and has all original tags and labels attached.
  • The item is returned within 14 days of purchase
  1. Defective Items

We accept returns for items with genuine manufacturing defects, such as:

  • Poor stitching or finishing
  • Fabric issues (colour runs, printing defects, etc.)

Please note:

  • Defects caused by normal wear, negligence, incorrect use, or failure to follow care instructions are not eligible.
  • Defective items must be returned within 5 days of purchase.
  1. Sale & Promotional Items
  • Items bought during a Sale or Promotion are not eligible for refunds.
  • You may exchange a sale item for another item of equal or higher value during the sale period (top-up may apply).
  • After the sale period ends, no returns or exchanges will be accepted for sale items.
  • For bundle offers (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free, Take 2 for X), all items in the bundle must be returned together.
  • Each order receipt can be used only once for an exchange.
